Microsoft dev evangelist retracts statement about all Windows Phones getting Apollo update

Microsoft developer evangelist Nuno Silva has apparently retracted his statement from an interview a while ago where he stated that every Windows Phone would be getting an update to WP8 Apollo when it comes along.

Silva stated that every Windows Phone to date would be getting the upgrade to the next “major version of Windows Phone,” which contradicted other sources on the Internets. Apparently what he meant was, that he “mistakenly confused app compatibility with phone updatability.”
