Nokia delays Lumia 900 UK release because of high US demand

Nokia have set a target date of May 14th for the Lumia 900 UK retail release, with the rest of Europe getting it shortly after. This is apparently because of ‘high demand’ of the handset in the US. The Lumia 900 was supposed to launch in the UK this April 27th, and boasts a 4.3 inch screen, HSPA+ (instead of LTE like on the US AT&T version) and will be available in Black and White at launch.
No word on that Magenta version. Demand in the US has ‘exceeded expectations’ so it’s no surprise to see the Finnish company try to meet demand before releasing the flagship Windows Phone in more countries.
